Emergency Communication Subsystem is a part of the Advanced Traffic Management System developed by VoiceLink. It allows motorists to contact the operator at the Traffic Control Сenter.

When a call is placed, the operator’s workstation triggers an alarm. The subsystem automatically determines the caller location and shows it on a map or a road chart. After the connection is established, the caller’s video stream is shown on the workstation. Provided that there are video detectors close to the caller’s location, their video feed is also displayed.

The subsystem has a modular structure. Any peripheral equipment (emergency telephones) that supports standard audio and video transfer protocols may be integrated into the subsystem.
