With a wealth of experience in professional visualization and virtual reality systems, VoiceLink engineers will be happy to advise you on choosing and integrating such systems.

As we receive 80% of information about the world through vision, 3D graphics is widely used for creating images on the plane.

Currently, there are four 3D technologies available:

  • Active stereo;
  • Passive stereo;
  • Autostereoscopy.
  • Anaglyph.

 Active stereo with shutter glasses is the cutting edge technology in 3D visualization. The display shows two images—half frames—with the high frequency of 120Hz. Each image is intended for one of the eyes, while the glasses block the other eye, controlling the images you see. This technology ensures high quality video and no distortion defects.

3D visualization technologies are extensively employed in oil and gas industry, aviation industry, medicine, design and home media.

 Our understanding of a living space flows from our visual impressions. That is why it is paramount for designers and investors to “visit” and to “see” a not yet constructed building.

 Applications:

  • Studios/open floors/workstations/open spaces. (These facilities are furnished with a hardware and software suite that allows you to display 3D images on the workstation monitor).
  • Individual workstation. (As architectural design is based on a thorough understanding of the living space layout, individual workstation is equipped with a high definition LCD panel that supports modern HD formats.).

  • Conference and show rooms. The room is equipped with an LCD panel or a projector. This solution is designed for a number of people. Here is an example of its application in the oil and gas industry:

When designing oil or gas extraction facilities and analyzing geological data, the error cost can be as high as a few million dollars. Such complexity and volume of data calls for realistic 3D visualization that can be observed by a number of group members at a time.

Using all the 3D seismic tools when planning the drilling increases the chance of successful oil drill more than twofold compared with the older techniques. This makes the solution cost effective with just one or two oil drills.

Additional equipment (interactive 3D devices, videoconferencing system, sound equipment, communication channels, etc.) allows you to harness the potential of all your employees “from the drilling facility to the head office” in real time.

  • Lecture rooms/cinemas/operating rooms. (This solution is suitable for spatial data visualization centers, conference rooms and cinemas. It is capable of displaying 3D content for a large audience at minor or major events).
