VoiceLink offers an on-the-shelf Toll Collection System (TCS) solution built on its own proprietary platform.

Our product supports various Toll Collection System applications:

  • On-site TCS collecting toll for passing through a tunnel, across a bridge or overpass.
  • Linear TCS collecting toll for passing through a section of a highway (both open road and barrier applications).
  • Area TCS collecting toll for entering a designated zone (can also be used both in open road and barrier applications).

 

VoiceLink Toll Collection System has a modular structure and supports various types of peripheral equipment by various manufacturers operating on different principles, including:

  • automated toll booths and other automated systems and equipment;
  • antennas for open road tolling, including DRSC and RFID-based devices;
  • analytical transaction recording systems;
  • toll barriers.


The Toll Collecting System has a hierarchical structure. The features and the responsibility are distributed across various levels: lane level, toll booth level, operator level. The system includes cheat protection controlling for both motorist and staff violations. The TCS possesses interoperability capabilities which allow integrating toll collection systems located in areas supervised by different operators.
